"Beware of David Lipscomb he has committed insurance fraud several times in the past and has gotten away with it. He rents his rundown beat up homes to felons and people who are on disability so he can take advantage of them and at the same time will have his workers purposely do things to his property hoping for a fire or such so he can collect some insurance money..... This man is not to be trusted please I ask all insurance agencies to beware of David Lipscomb 🙄 I gave five stars to State farm because I know they are a great insurance company"

"Every time I call Blaise’s office, the customer service is exceptional! If I have a question, they answer it. If I have a life event, they are sending cards and making suggestions for planning ahead. If I e-mail them, I never have to wait an extended length of time for a response. They constantly follow up to insure my policies do not lapse if I am late on a payment and to remind me of my annual reviews. This office definitely shows the State Farm standard in every conversation."

"Worst insurance agent ever ,given the runaround on a claim for 3 weeks and telling us to call someone else when he should be handling it This office screws up our coverage and won't take responsibility saying that we do not have a policy but they did not have a problem taking our money and not refunding it yet we have a claim and they tell us we don't have coverage we paid for over 6 months ,and today I get he will be out of the office for 3days"
